"Poor out of hours support"

About: Belfast Health & Social Care Trust / GP out of hours

(as a service user),

My child has had a constant cough now for 2 weeks.  The out of hours service weren’t very pleasant and said they need a decongestant, which I have used, including humidifiers.  They said there was nothing else they could do.  I wouldn’t use this service if I didn’t think it was needed.
