I had a review appointment at Ulster Hospital for a broken hand in January. A friendly, positive nurse removed my cast. I then went for an x-ray. Again- lovely staff there too. On return to the Fracture Clinic I was seen by a registrar, Patrick, who took plenty of time checking my injury & explaining to me. He said he thought I would benefit from seeing the Hand Clinic & also come back to Fracture Clinic in a few weeks. He made a call & told me the Hand Clinic would see me now-just upstairs. Fantastic!
I found the Hand Clinic & was dealt with by Erica-who was just amazing in showing me exercises, got a moulded splint made for me & made another appointment for me. The level of service was so good! Extremely attentive staff who made me feel very cared for in what is an immensely stressful time for them! Thank you so much!
