About: Older People’s Services / Hospital at Home Northern Sector

(as a staff member posting for a carer/relative),

Dear Dr Khan,

Thank you and to your team (Junior doctor, student Doctor and Nurse Edel) for coming to see my husband in December at Dr Devlin's request and also to Beatriz (Occupational Therapist) who brought equipment to give my husband more comfort.

Sadly, my husband passed away on 6th January in bed beside me and not in hospital thanks to you, your team and the doctors/ nurses from Quayside Medical Practice.

Keep up the great work you are doing Dr Khan and stay safe.  Thanks so much, Love and God bless.

Thank you for taking the time to give us such positive feedback at this very difficult time.

I am very sad to hear of the loss of your Husband. I am glad that he got to Pass at home with you at his side, and in comfort.

Dr Khan is a great asset to our team as are Edel and Beatriz.

I will share your comments with our Team.

Regards Sr O Hara.
