I phoned for paramedics on Thursday 6 pm as I was having severe sickness and unable to move.
the paramedics were there in less than 5 mins, I can only remember one who's name was Jack.
They were both very knowledgeable and fantastic and made a judgement call to take me in to the J.R.
although I spent 3 hours in a corridor awaiting an A&E doctor the paramedics were helping out all around me until I was admitted to
the A&E dept, were again the staff were exceptional from the doctors to the nurses, I cannot praise them highly enough. its a 24/7 service C.T Scans at 2.30am with happy staff is something that ought to be advertised to the general public.
To conclude this is a fantastic service and not worthy of all the complains it receives.
"Fantastic people and help"
