About: University Hospital Monklands / Emergency Department

(as a parent/guardian),

I would like to thank Gaynor and the team at the Minor Injuries Department at University Hospital Monklands. 

She was so kind and caring with my 2 year old son who had broken his collar bone. She went out her way to make him feel comfortable, calm and distracted. She was so professional and caring. 

We were attended to quickly and given discharge advice and written information to take home. 

I can’t thank her enough! An asset to the hospital.

Many thanks for your extremely positive feedback about the treatment and care given to your wee boy when he attended our Minor Injuries department within University Hospital Monklands.

I hope your son is on the mend and not in too much discomfort.
