"Excellent service from caring staff"

About: Royal Blackburn Hospital

I attended the hospital on 13th January for an operation to remove a cancerous colon tumour

From the time going through SAFU, the pre op anethatist, ICU and finally onto ward 18C (a), I was treated with the greatest respect by all the nurses, doctors surgeons , consultants ,physios and had only the greatest admiration for all the hard work that they undertook to look after me.

I made very good friends with fellow patients which helped the day go through.

So, no complaints from this patient and I have simply to.hope that the removal of the tumour has done the trick to allow me many more years to enjoy life
