"My twin grandsons"

About: Queen Elizabeth Hospital (London)

My daughter was transferred to queen Elizabeth for a c section of her twin boys.

The whole experience from start to end was absolutely fantastic.

The care they got was brilliant.

The team who did her section were an all woman team, every single woman in that room did their absolute best for her.

The care the babies recieved after birth was second to none, both boys needed care in nicu .

I cannot thank you enough for looking after my boys and my daughter.

They are both home now doing very well and are beautiful.

Everybody involved , from the surgeon to the tea trolley lady were lovely , kind , helpful people.

We were along way from home and I covered a lot of miles but I wouldn't change it.

Wonderful birth, calm and very professional, these women are angels and deserve much recognition for the work they do .

The doctors who treated my grandsons after birth were also fantastic, so kind and so clever.

The whole experience was lovely from start to finish.

I would recommend any woman having a baby with or without complications to come to the queen Elizabeth hospital .

Thank you all so much for taking such good care of my boys and my daughter.

Dear Ms Braz,

Many congratulations on the birth of your grandchildren, I hope that everyone is recovering and doing well. We are delighted to hear that you and your daughter had such a positive experience during your stay with us. We loved receiving such encouraging feedback and kind words. Thank you so much, they are much appreciated and your feedback has been shared with the obstetric, midwifery and nursing teams as well as our support and catering staff. We will also read it out during our daily ward huddles, just to make sure that everyone is sighted.

Kind regards,

Sue

Head of Midwifery QEH
