(as a relative),

My Dad fell outside Tesco. Paramedics looked after not only him but my Mum also who uses a wheelchair! They took them both to safety at Wishaw General Hospital which was outside their area - crews area was West Lothian. 

Thank you so much for taking care of them both . Also letting me and my brother see my Dad before being admitted to hospital and keeping my Mum safe —- amazing great work

Demonstrated care and compassion. Didn't get ur names but you are amazing. A West Lothian male and female crew.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback here on CareOpinion. I am so sorry to read that your dad required the use of our services, I do hope that he is making a good recovery and feeling better. This must have been a worrying time for you all, particularly your mum.

I am really pleased however to read about the care and compassion shown by the crew and I would be happy to pass these onto the crew and their manager. In order to do this I would just need some more details. If you would like for this to happen can I ask you to email the date, time and location that the ambulance attended your father and his name.
