"Rubbish "

Spent all day every day for four didn't even get a ring just cut off . On the fight day was put in a queue, I was number three . After a hour on hold I was still number three . I then decided the only way to proceed was to walk in the surgery and explain I had been trying to contact them for a week, the receptionist pointed me to the exit stating I needed to phone them and calls where always answered !! Actually got through the week after having phoned for another three days. Spoke to a trainee doctor and after giving my symptoms was told to visit immediately. Was given two types of inhaler but was not put on repeat as waiting for a lung test to determine what the best course of treatment would be best . Now can't oder online as not a repeat . Told can't order by phone. Then walked into the surgery reception told me can't do that , was told to write to them. I've now been without medication for three days and am unlikely to get any for at least another week . If you're fortunate enough to see a doctor they are good , but as I believe they don't have any say into the running of the practice . I strongly recommend that you should go elsewhere .
