(as a service user),

I was released from prison under licence in 2020 and was referred to CGL by my probation officer. I attended my first appointment and met Sally, my support worker. Sally has supported me for the past six months, during which time I have been able to sort out my life, and essentially my relationship with alcohol. I have attended an 8 week course centred around Recovery. Without Sally’s support and the group sessions, I don’t think I would have come this far. CGL is a truly amazing place, where I feel supported and never judged. Everyone is friendly, positive and professional. I highly recommend this organisation for anyone suffering with drug or alcohol misuse. CGL offers a wide variety of groups,  both face to face or online, all of which provide help and advice for anyone looking to improve their life and leave addiction behind.
