"My Fathers admission"

About: Vale of Leven General Hospital / Elderly Medicine (Ward 14)

(as a relative),

I called your hospital at approx. 7.45 pm Australia time (around 9.45 am your time)

I spoke to the nurse unit manager on ward 14, Unfortunately I did not get his name. I was enquiring about my fathers condition.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the professionalism and knowledge that this nurse provided of my fathers condition, I was extremely impressed with the procedures that this nurse advised me that my Father was about to undergo.
I believe that this Nurse should be commended on his knowledge and professionalism and that it has been much appreciated. I would be very disappointed if this was not advised to the Nurse on Duty and some kind of recognition awarded; well done.
Thank You

Dear Sam22

Thank you for this lovely feedback. I have shared this with the nurse who was SCN Sean Chambers. He remembers your conversation well.

It is important to Sean and the team that we keep relatives and families updated, particularly during these difficult times, and even more so when family members are overseas. Thank you so much for getting in touch with us, your feedback means a great deal to the staff in Ward 14.

Wishing you well.

Margaret
