(as a service user),

After a year in ‘training’ with CGL … attending weekly meetings, attending courses and reading lots of quit lit .. I finally understood that for the final push for sobriety I would need support. 

Thankfully CGL were able to support a community detox. 

Words can not fully explain my gratitude at the support I received before during and after. 

Janice the recovery nurse was amazing … super professional but with a mum like warmth. I was guided every step of the way. I will always be grateful for this amazing support and the opportunity to start a new life .

Im so pleased you got what you needed. It sounds like you are a thoughtful person around your recovery taking on advice guidance but mostly support. The support is out there and is ongoing for as long as you need it. Well done, keep going and Ill pass on your comments to Jan.
