Looked online to book an app kept giving me option for diabetic foot check and am NOT diabetic looked at my medical history and dated 24/12/21 discharged from service with ZERO explanation and no option to mark this as incorrect. This is fourth gp surgery closest to me I’ve registered with and now have no option but to register with one in pudsey which is inconvenient for myself as I’m vulnerable can’t work and DO NOT drive

Absolutely disgusting can never get an appointment even when ringing at 8am in morning

Dear Patient,

I am sorry that you are unhappy with the services that we have provide and I would like to discuss your concerns with you.

I can explain the issue regarding booking appointments online as unfortunately since covid started we have only been able to have a few appointments/clinics that have been able to be booked online. So when you have been looking it is not saying that you are diabetic, instead it is saying that this is the only clinic that can be booked online at the time that you were looking.

I would like to look into the other concerns that you have raised, but without your name I am unable to do this. So could you please contact the surgery at your earliest convenience and ask to speak to myself, Anita (Practice Manager), so that we can discuss your concerns.
