(as a service user),

I was admitted through ED because of my heart problem, the wait to get a bed was not too long. I’ve been on this ward for 15 days now and all the staff have been fantastic. The food is not bad although there is a poor selection of it. The ward is kept fairly clean most of the time. Other than that the nursing staff are excellent, and are a great help.

I'm pleased you are happy with the care you are receiving and have found the staff excellent.

I'm sorry to hear you find the food selection poor. Recently the menu has been improved with more choices made available.
