Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback on your stay in Cloughreagh.

I can see from your story how important it has been that the staff team were responsive and that you had opportunities to spend time "chatting" with other residents. I trust the care you received gave you confidence and encouragement during the settling in period and contributed to your social support during your stay. I will be sharing your very positive comments with the staff team.

It is very important that we continuously work towards improving the information we have about our service particularly for new residents. Because of this and If you are willing, I will ask the Manager or the Senior Staff to talk to you to explore any ideas you may have that could have helped to reduce your nervousness about coming to Cloughreagh. The outcome from this conversation may give us fresh ideas about how we can improve our information about our service or how we can improve our communication with new residents prior to their admission. If we make any changes as a result of your feedback we will be very happy to tell you about this.

kind regards, Tierna Armstrong
