"The staff were engaging"

About: Daisy Hill Hospital / Emergency Department

(as a service user),

I took my 14 year old son to Daisy Hill on Friday night. He had broken his arm playing football, the same arm he had broken 3 months ago. From the minute we arrived at the hospital, all of the staff were brilliant with him, both within the department and in Xray. All staff introduced themselves and were  engaging, compassionate and caring. We cant remember the names of all the staff who looked after him, so cant thank them all personally.   Dr Paul & Dr Sam (i hope i have got that name right) and nurses katherine and Louise were absolutely amazing. They made a distressing situation so much easier.  Thank you so so much. You are all a credit to your profession and the SHSCT.
