My teenage daughter was taken to A&E by ambulance. Children's A&E was much quieter than last time we attended, with enough staff to function properly. She was seen quickly and given good care and treatment by everyone. Staff were, as always, kind, responsive and skilled. She was then admitted to the ward having been started on treatment in A&E.
Staff were also very kind to me and made me feel supported.
They made all the appropriate referrals for onward support.
Excellent care all round.
