After receiving a text from a dr to ask me to book an appointment to discuss test results I was told you can no longer make appointments, I must phone every day. When I mentioned I booked one a few weeks ago the receptionist just said “that was then” how can COVID be blamed for not being able to book an appointment in a few days. Really poor service and rude receptionist
