"Horrible practice "

About: Royal Blackburn Hospital

I was told by 111 to go to this hospitals a&e within an hour as its an emergency so I did. 4 hours later and I had only been triaged (i was also the only person in the waiting room). Then a nurse told me she’d be with me in a minute to do my ecg, she just had to sort out the room and get the machine. 45 minutes later she was nowhere to be seen. 30 mins after that I asked a nurse what was happening with my ecg and got told that I am being impatient and I need to wait for someone to come and she didnt know how long it’d be. Overall I left the a&e without getting any tests done.
