"Very Poor practice"

About: The Manor Practice

I have used this practice for 4+ years (too lazy to go through the rigmarole of registering at another practice) and the attitude / people skills of some of the doctors and support staff is not professional most of the time. I do try to make allowances for the pressure they must be under, but it can be very hard when they are so abrupt and nonchalant. They have even sent the wrong repeat prescription through to the pharmacy!

I am sorry to hear you have not been satisfied with the service provided at our surgery. As you know, this is an extremely busy practice.

If possible please let me know separately which staff memeber you are talking about so we can discuss your concerns further and look into this matter.
