"Miserable, rude reception staff"

About: King Street Surgery

Rang today to chase up a online consult from 4 days ago. Receptionist was rude, dismissive and totally miserable. I appreciate you're probably getting a lot of frustrated patients and experiencing high volumes of appointment requests, but as an A&E nurse myself (who is also under extreme pressures at work) I am never rude to my patients. Every doctor and nurse I have seen from this surgery over the years is fantastic. Your reception staff are doing them a disservice
