About: Malvern Road Surgery

This practice used to be so brilliant, but has now gone so far downhill they will never get back up,unless they start to change how they operate their systems especially their appointments and how they deal with the urgent prescriptions requests from other professional services. I do not normally comment or write reviews having been a Medical Receptionist myself and know the problems that can be encountered in the job, but when you ring the surgery to see if a urgent email has arrived on your behalf and you are told there is no such email ring back on Monday, you then have go back and contact the person who sent it who tells you yes it was sent, including the time it was sent.you then you have to waste time again hanging on the phone trying to ring the surgery to inform them of this and when you do eventually get through and inform them of this, they have a proper look and suddenly it’s a yes we have it, funny that as only 5 minutes has passed between a No and a Yes then you get we will deal with it soon, what does soon mean I ask ? Ring on Monday end of call

Dear Mrs Summers,

Firstly I would like to apologise in the delay to replying to this feedback. Secondly thank you for the feedback.

I am sorry that you had experienced this service. Feedback will be given to all staff taking calls and dealing with emails so future situations like this don't arise.

Many Thanks

Medway Medical Centre
