I attended Mr Gibson at the Fracture Clinic at Altnagelvin Hospital.

I felt that I must share my experience & the effect it has had on me.

After arriving at reception I was very quickly seen by Mr. Gibson, who carried out a very detailed examination & gave a possible diagnosis for my problem.

This was quickly followed up by a visit to the X-ray dept. where a very professional & friendly woman explained exactly what would be done.

I then returned to clinic 3 where Sharon (who seemed to know every patients case & made sure everything ran smoothly) asked me to see Mr. Gibson again.

Mr. Gibson then confirmed his diagnosis & spoke in great detail regarding my options.

One of these options was a treatment that be could be done right away.

On entering the treatment room I was met by a nurse, who again was ultra professional & explained exactly what would be involved.

I limped into that fracture clinic, but less than 2 hours later I Walked out, with fresh hope & no pain.

To the Sr. on the Fracture Clinic:

You should be very proud of your staff - they truly are The Caring Profession
