"Great service - minus the awful language from the…"

I attended your MIU last night. All the staff where extremely pleasant & helpful, I couldn’t fault them at all. Full of smiles & chats. I was sent for an X-ray around 1830 and while waiting I heard some commotion from the corridor. This went on for a few minutes before I decided to walk into the corridor to see what was going on, to the left in the glass corridor was a lady cleaner, an elderly lady with long black hair. The language coming from her was atrocious, language I couldn’t repeat on here, only for her to be heard from the visiting people of your hospital, she was speaking to some gentleman. I feel this was highly unacceptable behavior considering the setting and with patients around, other than that my visit was pleasant,
