Sent out a appt letter for the wrong date and time. My support worker who does not even work for delayers had to contact me to tell me of correct appt time and day. No apology from delamere receptionist or cpn.
On day of appt Kept waiting half an hour for appt no acknowledgement from anyone no apology for running late and wasting my time and also support workers time who works for a private care agency and bust herself. Receptionist did nothing to help either just said”emailed him to say here”
Consultant during appt was rude dismissive, cpn was rude and unkind and uncaring. I understand the NHS is on its knees right now however that is no excuse for being rude and nasty and throwing accusations about to a patient.
The cpn’s are extremely hard to get hold of and do not contact you back. Receptionist just saying “I’ll send them an email” That is even if the Receptionist ever picks up the phone it’s a miracle to start with.
This service does not support patients with mental health problems. I was told about another patient “being poorly” which really is none of my business or problem.
You can never speak to anyone when needed or all you get is “I’ll send them an email”
The hospitals are full and no beds available as the service is so lacking and useless they can’t keep people at home and can’t and are not supporting them when in crisis.
I get more support off my neighbour and a volunteer
Staff also definitely need to have more empathy
