(as a service user),

Lucinda is a extremely professional and knowledgeable person in her field as clinical lead for occupational therapy.

Plus she is a very understanding and approachable person, who supported me during are consultations in helping me to get used to my new knee braces, which I am very grateful for.

Thank you Lucinda and the NHS.
