I've have a very positive experience since admission to discharge. Every nurse/doctor/porter/ radiographer have been so kind and informative.
I go home now with no doubts or questions.
Even though I have experienced a health scare, I am no longer frightened like I was before admission. I would just like to express that the ward I am just leaving 3E at Crosshouse Hospital Kilmarnock has been over my expectations in care. Particularly the staff nurse caring for me.
Not only have they provided first class care and attention, but watching them this morning, they have 100% organising skills in managing the ward and have the most pleasant disposition to us all. My only negative experience was the paramedic I saw before admission. They were happy for me to go to my GP in the morning but I live on my own and my daughter said that wasn't an option. I had experienced a mini stroke.
"Very postitive experience"
