What could be improved
The Brunel Treatment Centre in Swindon is the worst experience that i have ever had at a hospital/treatment centre and that is very difficult to do as i am always in and out of them.
They said they had booked me in for an operation and actually hadn't. I followed it up and they assured me they would resolve the problem. It has been ages now and they don't answer the phones.
I am still waiting for my op!
