"Efficient radiotherapy service"

I had been referred to the Nuclear Medicine department at Raigmore Hospital for a VQ scan.

This took place just before Christmas 2021 and the procedure took place within a reasonable time frame.

All the staff were efficient ranging from my initial contact with Nurse Davina who was very pleasant and helpful getting me booked into the Nuclear medicine department for my scan including the two reassuring radiographers who were operating the CT scanner who were efficient throughout.

The nurse who helped me get ready afterwards was very cheerful and reassuring.

Everyone was kind and I felt that I was in good hands.

It’s great that the NHS is there when you really have need of it.
