"Amazing care and attention"

As a family we had to visit RACH A&E department on Friday PM with my child after a facial injury while at school. The care and attention we received from the reception member the nursing staff and the radiologist and then the Doctor  was absolutely amazing. We were treated with care and compassion and the nurse had such empathy for me at the shock I was in with regards to my child's injury. She was just so caring. The pressures the staff are under at this time are huge and this has not impacted on the care they provide. Huge thanks
