"Lovely clinic team in Opthalmology"

A very simple story and I actually work in the Hospital but in a totally different Department so have no knowledge of how Ophthalmology works.  I have had a cyst on my eyelid for many years.  My Optician referred me to Hairmyres with this cyst as it was swelling a wee bit.

I had a lovely telephone call from the appointments gentleman called Mark to set up the time. At the clinic a very pleasant Consultant Dr Jamieson examined it along with his Student.  There and then the Specialist Nurse was called in, I was taken to another treatment room and  before I knew it the cyst was removed.  What a lovely Team that day in the clinic, very impressed with their manner and treatment, made me very at ease and not at all concerned.  Very much appreciated.
