"Poor run Purfleet Care Centre"

1. Impossible to get through to the G.P Centre, receptionist never answer calls. You can be waiting for 15 to 30 minutes or more. Sometimes your phones get cut while you are waiting.

2. Lack of staffing.

3. Staff working over there are rude and always annoyed. They hardly smile or have any customer service.

4. The Practice manager is never available and when you end up speaking to her, she is very abrupt and rude without realising.

5. Not a helpful GP Centre.

6. The Pharmacy over there never has your prescription nor can they spell names correctly. they never have medicines available either. I never use them, always have to wait whilst they talk and laugh amongst themselves. I find them very unprofessional.
