Had day surgery and can highly recommend the care from reception to theatre and after care.
My one suggestion for improvement would be not to have to wait 5 hours from checking in. Can the time be reduced to perhaps 3 hours as it is quite nerve racking to wait such a long time. Not a criticism just a suggestion.
Theatre staff were lovely and friendly and made me feel vey much at ease.
