I had an appointment in the Ophthalmic Imaging department at 9.45 am and a follow up at 10.00 the same day with the doctor.
The nurses I saw were first class I just couldn't give them enough praise they worked there sock of and was 100% efficient
When they were finished with me at around 10.04 and I was asked to wait in the waiting room and a doctor will see me soon.
I just would like to say the same praise for your doctors, but I can't. They ask a patient to come in and the door stays shut for the next 30 -40 minutes without anyone else being seen. I just know they will have an answer to this, but if they could just tell me this. Starting at 9am a patient has an appointment at 10.00 but is not seen till 11.30 and would have been a lot longer if I had not complained, how on this earth can you be one and a half hours behind in that short a time frame?
Another point is this, If my appointment was 10.00 and I turned up at 11.30 would the doctors have anything to do with me ? I very much doubt it
Thank you for listening a very disappointed Patient.
"Very poor service."
