Fairly simple request, always too busy, reception staff I am afraid and just so difficult bordering on rude. They made data input errors and refuse to correct resulting in significant inconvenience for me. No doctors work full time (they say underpaid) it's always a locum who can't do this or that.....
The feedback section on their website, does not work, the rating system does not work and the email address to the "friends of the surgery" does it work, so no wonder they don't receive any feedback it's impossible.........
I accept COVID is an issue, but after 2 years we have to adapt, it will no doubt be around for a long time maybe for ever and they can't continue to blame it....
I am a great fan of the NHS but I am afraid this practice is not a great advert
