Your review: I can’t put into words how wonderful the Queen Victoria Hospital is. Everyone from the cleaners to the surgeons are amazing, they always have a smile on their face and can’t do enough for their patients. I needed urgent attention as my breast reconstruction implants of 2003 had ruptured. My local hospital cancelled my operation with no new date given, (this goes back to June 2021.) I then asked my GP to refer me to the Queen Victoria Hospital. I saw a wonderful breast surgeon there on 10th November and he operated 23 days later as he realised the urgency, it was an extremely challenging operation as the original implants had completely disintegrated and turned to sludge, for want of a better word. He managed to clear, clean, wash out and replace the implants which I am highly delighted with, I can’t thank him enough. My three days in hospital were a pleasant experience with such dedicated staff. The food was excellent, what more can I say, thank you Queen Victoria Hospital and thank you again to my wonderful surgeon, you are all totally amazing.
