About: General practices in Tayside Perth Royal Infirmary

(as a service user),

Having recently been seen by my GP, I was referred to the PRI radiology department for an x-ray. I had to unfortunately cancel my first appointment (which arrived only the day after being seen by GP) due to illness. After phoning to cancel, I received another appointment the following day- brilliant service. 

Furthermore, when I attended for my appointment, I was seen at reception, x-rayed and out before my actual appointment time. Fantastic. 

In these times of pressure on the NHS, it was hugely impressive that the process was so slick. A credit to PRI and the staff in the Radiology Department. Thank you.
