About: Sexual Health Services - Telford and Wrekin (Open Clinic)

(as a service user),

I attended for Contraceptive implant removal and replacement. I was nervous about the procedures however the nurse was very professional and chatty which helped put me at ease. As soon as I arrived, the receptionist was very friendly which also helped me to relax. The nurse made sure I wasn’t in pain during the procedure and warned me sufficiently of all risks. I will definitely be returning for all my sexual health needs. I cannot recommend Bishton Court enough!

I would also like to add that all measures possible were taken to prevent the spread of COVID-19. I felt very comfortable during my appointment.
