Exceptional help and support from Kelly on reception at fracture clinic today. My appointment was cancelled but once I explained my situation and need to be seen she went over and above to ensure I could be seen by someone.
Heather the Senior Lead Orthopaedic Nurse was knowledgeable, incredibly kind and so helpful.
A HUGE thank you for the care I received today.
