"I have learnt a lot"

About: Community Forensic Services / Community forensic team

(as a service user),

I have just finished 10 sessions of MBTi with Notts MBT Service and I feel that I have learnt a lot. The group helped me better understand the way in which I interact with others and some of the reasons why I act the way that I do or react to certain things. The group also helped me identify things that I need to work on to improve my relationships and interactions with others.

I found looking at attachment brought up some unwanted feelings that I had been trying to ignore/repress, however I understand how this is helpful in the long run.

I found the facilitators were really good, they were helpful and delivered the sessions in a very accessible way, thank you Gail & Chris!

Thank you for posting this feedback, I am pleased to hear that you have had such a positive experience in attending the MBTi group and feel you have learnt a lot. I agree that some of the material can feel challenging and it sounds like you worked hard to manage some difficult feelings. It sounds like the facilitators were able to offer you a positive experience of being in the group. I will pass your thanks on to the facilitators.

Best wishes,

Clare Lloyd
