"Kind and efficient care of an eye injury "

I phoned 111 as I was having issues with my eye caused by a nasty scratch, it was extremely painful and as nothing else was open due to the holidays, I was sent to A+E. I was very aware my injury was not life threatening and was happy to wait, but I only had to wait an hour and a kind nurse took me round to have my eye treated to save me waiting. The doctor who saw me was friendly and explained everything he was doing- my scratch is now on the mend and I am very reassured. Thank you for all your help, I know how much pressure you are all under.
