"Poor Patient experience"

Awful inpatient experience, from my opinion staff uncaring and no emotional support offered at the worst time of my life. Left in waiting room for hours without seeing any staff despite awaiting an emergency operation. Nurses ignored my crying/sobbing. One nurse even laughed at me when i asked through tears when my medication would be ready so i could go home. I was told i would need a scan in 8 weeks, it has now been 8 weeks and i have had no appointment. Do not know who to contact to chase this. This only a small snippet of the complaints i have.
