"Clear explanations"

I don't often leave reviews but as this was my second visit to Pilgrim Hospital, again I wanted to say how well looked after I felt, when I had an appointment for a procedure with Mr Mohanty in November 2021.   

On arrival, Mr Mohanty, asked me if I had received a brochure explaining what was going to happen etc but I had just received a letter, so one of the nurses passed me a brochure to read but Mr Mohanty was very kind and explained everything to me.  I can't remember the name of the three nurses who looked after me (sorry) but I want to say how kind they were and they really looked after me too, explaining what was going to happen and talking to me to take my mind off the pain.  One of the nurses was a student nurse who stayed right next to me and made sure I was feeling okay too.  After the procedure Mr Mohanty showed me a picture of my womb and explained what he had done, which was interesting to see.  Mr Mohanty and his team are a real credit to the NHS and we're lucky to have them to look after us.
