I had to come with my mother, who’s first language is not English and cannot translate for herself. The lady at reception was absolutely rude saying that she needed to go in herself and that I couldn’t wait with my mother, splitting us up completely. The waiting room at this point was empty and quiet. Which delayed the whole process as when my mum was called I had to be located and by this point she was extremely worried. I completely understand the covid 19 rules that are in place but surely under these circumstances, you could have anyone with you. There were multiple couples waiting together and family members so clearly this needs attention. Other than this the remaining staff were lovely but you only need one person to change your view completely.
