About: South Lewisham Group Practice

I have spent approximately 15 minutes trying to work out how to book a face to face appointment, online, no joy. My blood pressure going through the roof. Will try and ring the practice in the morning, I am wishing myself good luck, and hope I don't have a coronary trying to get pass the receptionist.

Dear Patient thank you for your review I am Pat Medford the Patient Services Manager. Since the pandemic started we turned off all online appointment bookings as per all GP's and NHS England guidance. The new process is to request a telephone call from a clinician then if they feel that they need to see you they will then book you in to come down to the surgery. During the current pandemic we are trying to keep the staff and vulnerable patients safe and protected from catching the virus. This is the new way of getting to speak to a doctor. We do also offer booking a telephone call via the NHSFirst app & we also offer video consultations with Push Doctor. If you would like to discuss this further please call the surgery on 02034745959 and ask to speak to me. Thank you Pat Medford
