"Swift and efficient service"

About: Royal Hospital for Sick Children (Yorkhill) / Ear, Nose & Throat

(as a service user),

The day my child and I arrived for their grommet operation we were met with absolutely amazing friendly staff, from the second we arrived until we left.  Nothing was too much trouble.  Everyone was kind, comforting and accommodating, from the reception staff to the surgical team no-one found us a bother. 

Everything was swift and efficient, these people do not get the recognition they deserve! From the bottom of our hearts we thank them all

What a lovely first post to read after the holidays. Thank you so much for taking the time to share this really kind feedback with us.

We are delighted that both your child and you were treated so well by the entire Day Surgery and Theatre teams.

We absolutely will ensure that our team members receive the recognition they deserve and I can share that our Director and Chief of Nursing will pass on their personal thanks along with your own.

We sincerely hope your child is now recovering well at home. It was our real privilege to provide care for you both.
