About: Burnley General Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as a service user),

Following a nasty fall I attended the Urgent Care centre at Burnley General hospital. From being guided through the self check in system by the ANP, given an allocated time slot, assessed by Rob, the physio, being x-rayed by Shinin the radiographer and given a follow-up appointment to fracture clinic, the whole experience was quick, slick and very person centred. Many thanks to you all, but especially Rob and Shinin for your care compassion and kindness.
