(as a service user),

I have been involved with CGL for a couple of weeks now. I have been attending foundations programme weekly and am looking to get involved with a few more of the services. I have really enjoyed foundations with Andrea - her energy, commitment and dedication, it is appreciated. 

I have enjoyed every part of it so far, one of the recent highlights for me was the Christmas dinner, the food was incredible! - Thank you Celina  :) 

My key worker Steve has been fantastic, he's been approachable and understanding. I feel positive about my recovery journey.
