(as the patient),

Fell over roller skating and put my hand out to stop me. Wrist was painful and swollen. Was welcomed by the friendly A&E team and seen quickly by Hannah. Patrick from the radiology team efficiently came to collect me for xrays. I was then looked after extremely well by kind and efficient Sarah (or it might have been Sharon!) who checked my injury and xrays. She sent in Wendy who swiftly but professionally cast me up and arranged fracture clinic for me. Was in and out in under 2 hours. Excellent level of care throughout.

I then saw the fracture clinic team today who were knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and kind. David in particular made me feel at ease whilst he recast my extremely painful wrist.
