I just want to comment on the amazing compassionate, holistic care provided for my father in Ward D in the Mater hospital. The staff went above their call of duty to ease family anxieties while also providing amazing dignified care for my daddy while he was unwell. We have unfortunately been in other hospital wards in recent years and nothing compared to  the care we received on Ward D. They should be proud that care is not compromised in such challenging times and under such extreme  pressures, it really is commendable! Thank you so much

Awe LindaE, I am so proud. Thank you for your lovely words and sharing your experience of your Fathers care with us. It has done my heart good and you have made me very happy. The medical,nursing staff and off course the whole wider team are amazing.

You are right, during these very challenging times we have found it difficult to maintain the high standards of care we all strive for. So this is lovely to hear. In the Mater hospital we are totally focused and committed to delivering patient centred and compassionate care.

Linda, thank you. I will share this lovely feedback with the wider team. They will be delighted and just hearing a thank you can mean so much for the staff.
